  Love it. Always get my order right. Super busy, but considering they're the only drive through place in CG, they get things done in pretty good time! One of the staff members, Thea, is always there when I go. She so nice and happy, makes really great drinks, and always gets my orders right!

  I've been a loyal customer of this site for a few years, and I'm a gold card holder. Usually, I get the refreshers with no water, because they're to weak in my opinion. Today, the gal at the window gave me a half empty glass and told me I'd have to pay more for a full drink. When I asked how much more, she didn't know. Very irritating and bad customer service.

  I live in the area and use this as my usual coffee spot. Sad to say the workers are rude and they continually make drinks incorrect. My last visit I asked if they got the 2 Splenda that I requested because I could have put it in if they forgot the girl looked right at me and lied about putting it in. I was going to the arena to coach hockey for 3 hours and only had enough time to slam my coffee and get out there. So no coffee for my morning and a $6 mocha that tasted so bad it wasn't edible. I will just go to the one in target or jerrys. Avoid the problem go somewhere else.

  I've been going to this particular Starbucks since they have opened. Recently, I have noticed terrible service, which after talking with a regular employee I recognized, is due to a an abundance of new hires. I was patient as during many visits, my orders were completely hit or miss, but I draw the line when I show up 20 minutes before they are scheduled to close and being completely ignored by the employees inside. Starbucks will no longer get my business or that of my family. Caribou is right across the street
