  I am a food critic in the Twin Cities. My son-in-law, who lives in the area, picked up Cassini's on a Saturday night. The Cottage Grove area should be highly impressed with this pizza! This pizza uses high quality ingredients. The "House Special", is absolutely delicious! The cheese bread is hearty but with great flavor. This is a pizza place that many communities would die for. Cassinis ranks high up in terms of the quality of product. Even though I live close to an hour away...I will be back for more!

  What a great local pizza shop! We had their house specialty pizza and tried the spicy chicken cheese bread. Both were delicious. The spicy chicken cheese bread is a really unique flavor combination, and I order it every time now. My wife loves their pan style crust. They seem to be very generous with toppings portions. It's changed ownership and I think the new owners are doing an ever better job. Really great value for the $$. Highly recommended.
