  This is an improved star rating for me. Previously there was rather poor customer service, but they seemed to have made some staff adjustments and this is no longer an issue. The pizza is spot on for Carbone's the last couple times I have had it. The dining area could use with some updating to make it feel more cozy and less like a lunch room. Overall it is good food.

  Despite good food, the service is horrific and sadly we will not be ordering from them anymore. They frequently deliver late or to the wrong address, their website has frequent errors, they often forget items and won't correct it, they are insulting to us when we call them for corrections.
  
  On several occasions we ordered online, the food was late according to the provided estimated time of arrival. We called to inquire where the food was and we they insulted us for being so naive to think the food would arrive during their "busy time." It was the ETA they provided.
  
  Frequently, they have left entire items out of our order. One of the times we called, they asked if we could live without it, when we said it was a dietary choice for someone and without it they won't eat, the staff was annoyed and said it could be to us in an hour or they could credit it to us. Unfortunately we had to choose the credit and requested proof. They assured us we wouldn't need it. When we placed a future order, we called for our credit and they said they had no record and we had to provide one. We have paid for more undelivered food than we rightfully should have.
  
  More than once they have delivered to a wrong address, which meant we had cold food by the time it made it to our house. As a result we added our address in multiple places to ensure the food is delivered properly. It fixed the error for us, but then the manager on duty called us and told us to stop placing he correct address notice on the order as it was annoying them. Well we were pretty annoyed and as a result several of us have sworn off this local business, despite our preference to patronize a Cottage Grove business.
  
  We still like Carbone's, but we now order from Saint Paul Park.
